Mon 26-Jan-15 Canterbury Race 5 #8 Le Cordon Bleu – sat last for most of the race while the hot pot INZ’N’OUT fought for the lead. In the straight INZ’N’OUT seemed to be fulfilling all the tipsters forecasts. Le Cordon Bleau came from the clouds, passed them like they were standing still and went to the post an easy winner. TF, SP & TT+ $8.50

Mon 26-Jan-15 Sandown Race 5 #Race 3 TRIED AND TIRED – was the hot pick for the race and started in the red. Box seated in running, split opened and he went through to take the lead, but then fell in a heap and was overtaken by the swoopers. No mention in the Steward’s Reports. Our first Maximum for the year. Finished 3rd

Sandown Race 7 – She has won here before (Track & Distance). Has a good gate and a good apprentice, whose claim will ensure that she is well in at the weights. 1 Unit Win
Mon 26-Jan-15 Sandown Race 7 #1 Samartested made a move on straightening, but at the 300m mark it was obvious she was struggling to stay with the rest of the field. Unplaced.
Loss 1 Unit
Samartested – attempted to obtain clear running on straightening and as a result made contact with Bonify. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities and Stewards will follow up with the stable in the coming days.
For the day we outlaid 5 Units and returned 8.5 Units. Profit 3.5 Units
